You are Beautiful!

I'm Raquel Caramello, founder of Raquel Beautiful.

I have Down syndrome and I am a cancer survivor. Growing up, I was bullied and called names like "ugly" and "hideous," and it made me feel very sad. During my early teen years, I was diagnosed with leukemia. I fought through cancer and chemotherapy, but it was hard and my hair fell out. When I was sick and had no hair, I didn't feel beautiful. Those experiences taught me how important it is for people to feel valued, loved, and accepted. No one should ever be made to feel like they aren't enough. That's why I started Raquel Beautiful. Through my jewelry and gifts, I hope to remind people of the beauty they already have inside of them. Every item includes a special note from me that says, "You Are Beautiful!" because sometimes a few simple words can make a bigger difference than we realize. Thank you for helping me share that message and spread more kindness, confidence, and love in the world.
