You are Beautiful
I'm Raquel Caramello, CEO of Raquel Beautiful. I have Down syndrome and last year I was diagnosed with leukemia. I fought through the cancer and chemotherapy, but it was hard and my hair fell out. When I was sick and had no hair I didn't feel beautiful. Other kids bullied me and called me “ugly” and “hideous” and it made me sad. No one should ever be bullied and made to feel so sad. I want everyone to feel beautiful and valued. That’s why I started Raquel Beautiful to inspire others to value others and themselves! I make hand created and custom designed jewelry and t-shirts, each with a special note that says "You are beautiful!" When you purchase an item from me, a portion of the proceeds goes to provide inspirational items for those that are struggling with challenges and to benefit charitable organizations.
